Net Proceeds shall be defined as the gross sales price of the TFT Collection products less any and all taxes, service charges, relay charges, shipping and handling charges, discounts, gift certificates, promotional gift certificates, promotional offers (e.g. airline miles, points, e-money, etc.) credits, rebates, chargebacks and refunds. 10% of the Net Proceeds from sales of products in the TFT Collection will be donated to MTFTF during the Promotional Period when a customer orders from the collection and uses the promotion code TOYS assigned to the offer by flowers. |
